Our experience is one of our greatest assets. But so too is our love of innovation and fresh talent. Graduates contribute massively to our business, handling live projects and making decisions that help us to meet the demands of our clients. We welcome engineering graduates with the skills and the ambition to become our leaders of the future; people who share our view of continuous improvement and excellence in our work. So if you want early responsibility, accredited engineering training and chance to play a role in some of the world’s biggest and most complex projects, there’s no better place for you to join. What do we look for? Foster Wheeler graduates must be able to achieve the right balance between showing initiative and adopting a real team work ethic. Flair and self-reliance are vital as we’ll be looking to you to provide a genuine level of support to our clients at an early stage in your career. And in a multi-disciplinary environment that also requires you to support, and be supported by, colleagues too. You will need a minimum 2:2 degree in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Control & Implementation or General Engineering. What do we offer in return? First and foremost, you will be part of a successful, global business working on projects that command the attention of the entire market. You will work with inspirational colleagues – sharing their experience and expertise – whilst benefiting from one of the best training schemes around. Ultimately, this is your opportunity to develop both your technical and leadership potential in a supportive and rewarding culture.
