	What was it about Foster Wheeler’s Graduate Programme that really stood out?
	"For me what stood out most about the Foster Wheeler Graduate Programme is the fact that you can rotate and do placements in various departments, so not just in the process department you can actually go out to other departments and get a wide range of experience such as working with the drawings, working with safety, working with environment and it actually contributes to your chartership goal."
	What level of responsibility have you been given?
	"The level of responsibility I have been given since working at Foster Wheeler has increased quite dramatically over the past few years. I have gone from working with senior supervisors who looked over most of my work to actually taking control over of a team of designers and engineers in the Chennai office, which is our Indian Execution office."
	What would you say is Foster Wheeler's greatest strength?
	"I think Foster Wheeler’s greatest strength is their reputation. Foster Wheeler work hard to make sure that their graduates achieve their chartered status, they ensure their professional development and they work hard to give them a rounded start to their engineering career."
