	What was it about Foster Wheeler’s Graduate Programme that really stood out?
	"The fact that they really seemed to care about the graduates.  From my discipline in particular there is the opportunity to rotate amongst different number of departments and to get a lot of experience just within the same company has really encouraged the graduates."
	How did you find the application process?
	"The application process is actually fairly straight forward: I just had to send in a CV online as opposed to many other companies were you have to fill in a whole online application form. On the basis of the CV I was invited to the recruitment centre which was much like any other with the significant difference being there was no role playing event which I liked and I was made to feel at ease during the day."
	What level of responsibility have you been given?
	"I have been made responsible for the design of four process structures within my project. I’ve been given the task of setting up load combinations and also a point of call for geotechnical queries on my project. I’ve also recently been made responsible for organising work experience placements."
	What is the social life like at Foster Wheeler?
	"Social life is really good actually. I started with another large group of graduates, we meet up regularly at least once a week.  I also see them in work at lunchtimes so I get to speak to them often even if they are not on my project. There is also a lot of outside events that we’ve been involved in.  I'm currently involved in a rowing competition which Foster Wheeler have entered a team into, so I’m looking forward to that."
	What would you say is Foster Wheeler's greatest strength?
	"I’ll say Foster Wheeler’s greatest strength is the way it values its people and in the way it invests in its people.  We are offered numerous training opportunities and are encouraged to take part in these. They also employ a vast variety of people and that means we can take on many different types of work because of this. There is a lot of different work and opportunities available and the opportunity for career progression is excellent."
