	How have you developed in your time with Foster Wheeler?
	"In my experience my role hasn't changed but it has increased my awareness about the business. The way that Foster Wheeler is allows you to realise you have so many opportunities that you can jump into it anytime when you feel like or when you want to take your career to the next step."
	How is the social side of the job?
	"When I moved to England I wasn’t expecting to have a busy social life but due to the facilities that Foster Wheeler have in terms of their office you have coffee shop, a gym, a staff restaurant and a social club.  It's great to know that your colleagues are coming from variety of nationalities so they are in the same situation that you are."
