What do you look for in the people? |

We recruit people based purely on ability and will match the skills of the individual against the requirements of the role.

What kind of graduate programme do you have? |

Our graduate program offers early career responsibility, accredited engineering training and the opportunity to become involved in some of the world's greatest and most complex Engineering and Construction projects.
Flair and self reliance are essential qualities and you will be providing a genuine level of support to our clients at an early stage in your career.
The experience we provide is varied with an emphasis on acquiring skills through direct involvement with projects combined with the knowledge acquired from your colleagues and the support provided by your technical mentor. The program will present you with the opportunities and environment to develop both your technical and leadership potential to the full. |
