What do you look for in your people?
We look for self-motivated individuals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds who can work within multi-disciplinary teams and deliver innovative client focused solutions. We recruit people based purely on ability and will match the skills of the individual against the requirements of the role.

What kind of graduate programme do you have?
Our graduate programme offers early career responsibility, accredited engineering training and the opportunity to become involved in some of the world's greatest and most complex Engineering and Construction projects.

The experience we provide is varied with an emphasis on acquiring skills through direct involvement with projects combined with the knowledge acquired from your colleagues and the support provided by your technical mentor.
